I'm Victoria, the designer behind Rippleffect Design. Equal parts creative thinker and organised planner, with a soft spot for the little details that make a big difference.

Give me a fully formed idea, a handful of inspiration photos or a bunch of thoughts that haven't quite come together yet. I love finding the common thread, asking the questions you might not have thought of and figuring out how to make it all work. My route into graphic design wasn't exactly the most obvious one, but we'll get to that in a minute.

01 / THE DEGREE

Apparently there were signs.

I studied Financial Economics at university, and while I love a good equation, one look at my notes might suggest the numbers weren't my only focus. Turns out, my creative side was a bigger part of the picture than I'd given it credit for. It just took a little time to connect the dots.

02 / THE PLANNERS

The project that accidentally started all of this.

Then came lockdown, when my love for organising led me to start a business designing planners. Suddenly, economics had taken a back seat, and I was figuring out print files, learning what a bleed was and discovering a whole world of graphic design I hadn't even scratched the surface of. The more I learned, the more it clicked. This was where I saw my career going.

03 / THE STUDIO

And, here we are!

So, I finished my economics degree and headed right back to school, this time for graphic design. One graduate diploma and a whole lot of projects later, I've spent the past few years working with clients to bring everything from brands to big celebrations to life. And somewhere along the way, Rippleffect Design became what it is today.
